About TypingTestMock
Learn what TypingTestMock offers, how its practice material is created and maintained, and how to report a correction.
What TypingTestMock does
TypingTestMock is an independent English and Unicode Hindi practice website. It combines timed passage copying, beginner keyboard lessons and three word games. The tools run without a learner account. They are intended to help you notice mistakes, select an exercise and compare practice under similar conditions. They do not provide accredited assessment, recruitment advice or a typing qualification.
A practical route through the tools
Begin with the home-row and sentence exercises in Typing lessons if you are new to a physical keyboard. Use free practice for an unfamiliar paragraph and a documented WPM result. After an attempt, the character comparison and mistake drill help you review specific words. My own paragraph lets you bring non-sensitive material without uploading it. Word Sprint, Word Rescue and Accuracy Quest each train a different kind of word submission, so their points should be compared within the same game mode.
How the site is maintained
The website operator maintains the application, reviews submitted corrections and controls publication through the administration area. TypingTestMock is the public site brand; it is not presented as a named examiner, government body or certified typing instructor. We do not invent author qualifications, student success rates, user counts or exam results. Questions about the site can be sent to its support inbox.
AI-assisted drafting and coding tools have been used to develop the software, some learning material and illustrative images. These aids do not establish that a passage is an official paper or that an article was reviewed by an examination authority. The editorial approach is to check descriptions against the implemented tool, identify limitations and correct inaccurate or unhelpful material when it is found. Illustrative desk images are not evidence of a classroom or a named expert's involvement.
Where the learning material comes from
The passage bank contains original practice material, including fictional office records, everyday stories and invented reference numbers. It is not a collection of confidential or previous examination papers. General keyboard advice is collected in a practice handbook rather than copied in full under every tool. Page-specific exercises explain the purpose of that activity and the feedback it provides.
Guides that discuss recruitment must distinguish a dated source from a current rule. Follow the relevant official notice for your post, language, recruitment cycle and assessment environment. If you report an outdated statement, include its page and the official source that shows the correction. The banking tool is optional transcription practice, separate from the English question worksheet and from any claim about a compulsory IBPS typing stage.
Understanding scores and records
The passage tool uses a five-code-point word convention and an edit-distance comparison. Unicode text, physical key presses and an examination marking scheme are different measures. The scoring guide explains what the result counts. Optional progress records belong to this browser, not a central student account, and can be cleared by the person using the device.
Corrections and independence
We welcome specific reports about broken controls, unclear explanations or inaccurate source references. Use Contact to save a report directly in the admin inbox. A change to a guide's review date should reflect a real editorial change. TypingTestMock is not affiliated with SSC, IBPS, a Railway Recruitment Board or Google, and neither a practice result nor the presence of advertising guarantees an outcome for a learner.
