Report a typing problem, suggest a useful exercise, or point out information that needs correcting.

Send a message to the website team

This form sends your report directly to the site’s private admin inbox. An email account is not required to submit a correction. Leave an email only if you want to provide a reply address; a response time is not guaranteed.

Include your device, browser, language and the steps that caused the issue. Do not send passwords, account details or private documents. Messages are reviewed through the website administration area. How your message is handled.

What helps us investigate

For scoring questions, include a short invented reference and answer so the result can be reproduced. For an examination guide, identify the page, the sentence you believe is outdated and the relevant official notice. We can review the website’s material; we cannot answer on behalf of an examination authority or issue an official typing certificate.
