How is my typing speed calculated?
One standard word is five Unicode code points, including spaces. Net WPM adjusts for edit-distance errors. Scores use actual elapsed time. Read the full scoring method.
Can I practise Hindi typing here?
Yes. Choose Hindi and enable a Unicode Hindi input method on your device. This site does not emulate legacy fonts or examination-specific keyboards.
Are these official exam tests?
No. These are independent practice sessions with editable durations and targets. Official evaluation can differ; check the relevant notification.

15-minute typing test: Long-session practice
A fifteen-minute attempt is intended for learners who want a longer period of continuous transcription. Start with shorter sessions if you cannot yet maintain comfortable attention. Set a realistic purpose, such as keeping punctuation deliberate through the later part of the attempt.
Review this session before trying again
Do not continue simply to protect a score if you need a break. Finish the attempt and record what you actually completed; the score uses elapsed time. A longer timer is a practice option, not evidence that every examination or job assessment uses this duration.
Choose language and understand the timer
Choose English or Hindi in the tool above. The timer begins with your first input, and this page opens with 15 minutes selected. You can change the duration before starting. The practice result uses actual elapsed time if you finish early. Hindi requires a Unicode input method on your device.
Compare another duration
Use a one-minute baseline, two-minute rhythm check, five-minute practice session, ten-minute rehearsal or fifteen-minute session. Keep different durations separate in your notes. Read how scores work before comparing WPM and accuracy.
